ForeBuild Pty Ltd is an Australian company registered in New South Wales. We operate the ForeBuild platform — an AI-powered construction intelligence service for building industry suppliers and subcontractors. Our registered office is in NSW, Australia. 2. What information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you register or contact us
• Billing information processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Trade category, target suburbs, and project preferences you configure in your account
• Any information you include in support requests, research task queries, or correspondence with us

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data including pages visited, features used, alerts viewed, and session duration
• Device and browser information (type, operating system, IP address)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and improve platform performance
• Email open and click activity from our communications to you (where technically measurable)

Information from third parties

• Publicly available business information (ABN, business name, trade category) used to build prospect records for our outreach activities
• Publicly available development application data sourced from NSW Planning Portal and council registers

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your ForeBuild account and subscription
• Deliver intelligence alerts, reports, and bulletins tailored to your preferences
• Process payments and manage billing
• Send product updates, feature announcements, and service communications
• Send marketing and outreach emails where you have not opted out (you may unsubscribe at any time)

We will not use your personal information for purposes inconsistent with the above without your consent, except where permitted by law.

4. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers who assist us in operating the platform — including cloud hosting providers (AWS), payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, and analytics providers. These parties are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

• Successors in the event of a business sale or merger, subject to the same privacy obligations

Some of our service providers may be located outside Australia. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the APPs or equivalent protections.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

9. Children's privacy

ForeBuild is a business-to-business platform intended for use by adults operating in the construction industry. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. The updated policy will be effective from the date posted.
